DRF Awards 2011
Winners will be announced at the DRF Conference on 27 September

This year YOU could be part of the first set of DRF Award Winners to be announced at this year’s conference on Tuesday 27 September.  If you think you or your company has what it takes, read the below category of awards and contact us with your entry.

Good luck.  The deadline for all nomination submissions is Friday 2 September.

The countdown is now on to finding this year’s winners.

- CertDR Qualified - Learner of the Year 2011 –

As this is the first of these awards, all learners who have qualified with CertDR will be considered for this award.  The winner will be chosen by the DRF Awards Committee based on the average score achieved over all three modules.  There will be runner up places for those who came 2nd and 3rd.

- DRF Advisor of the Year 2011 –

Each DRF member company is invited to nominate one of their advisors as a candidate for Advisor of the Year 2011.  Each company is responsible to promote this to their database to encourage clients to vote for their nominated advisor.  Clients must email sending in their vote to: awards@debtresolutionforum.org.uk with the following information:

• Name of advisor and firm they are voting for 
• Client name, contact details, reference number and permission for DRF to call and qualify them as genuine.  Their identity will be kept confidential.
• Reasons why they (the client) believe the advisor deserves the award 

The DRF Awards Committee will grade each advisor on the following criteria:

• Company nomination form – including details of customer satisfaction, performance, team work, industry knowledge and contribution to the company 
• Number of client votes sent in
• Reasons clients have chosen to nominate the advisor

An average score will be worked out based on the above qualifying criteria, at which point, a winner and two runners up will be chosen.

- Debt Resolution Champion of the Year 2011 –

Each DRF member company has the opportunity to nominate someone who may or may not work for a commercial debt management company for this award.

This should be a campaigner or someone in a role of influence who has been seen to make a significant difference to industry developments in the last 12 months and spoken out about the debt industry – fighting for better rights for people in debt.  

Nominations should be sent to: awards@debtresolutionforum.org.uk quoting the name of the person you wish to nominate and why.
