Information Guide to the DRF Online Forum
Welcome to the Debt Resolution Forum – Discussion Forum
This has been created to give DRF members a dedicated platform to discuss industry issues or events which are relevant to the growth of our organisations, ethics, compliance, learning and customer service.
To register, please click here.
What can you do once you’ve registered?
Once registered, you will be able to add your replies to current discussion topics or start a new discussion completely.
If you can’t find a category to match the topic you wish to discuss, please email us and we will organise this for you.
Creating and updating your profile within the forum
As well as contributing and keeping up with discussions within the forum, you will be able to create and update your own profile, including a photo or avatar which will be shown whenever you post.
How do I post on the forum?
Once you have logged in, you will be able to see the discussion categories, the topics in each category and the number of posts made so far.
Once you have chosen a discussion topic which interests you, just click on the link. This will show you in more detail all the posts made so far on this topic.
If you would like to look at a particular post, click on the link and it will take you through to the full post and give you the option to respond and place a post of your own.
Starting a new topic
If you want to discuss a topic not already listed within a category, click into the category you think your discussion fits in with and at the top right of this, you will see “new topic”. Click on this link and you will then be able to post a new topic for discussion.
Security and permissions
As with any online forum, depending on the topic of the discussion and the level of your membership, some areas of the forum may allow you to “read only”.
For subsidiary memberships of the DRF online forum, there may also be areas of the forum which are confidential and for FULL DRF members only.
We hope you respect and understand the purpose and sensitivity of these rules. Should you wish to query your access further, please email us.
The DRF has the right to remove any posts which we consider unethical or unprofessional in manner or content.
