The charges we make for our services are a one-off ticket price. The tickets are provided to members and invited guests in good faith. If we choose to cancel your ticket either for legal, reputational or risk reasons, the ticket price will be refunded.
Where, having considered your application, we require a change to your proposed named persons, we will advise you and the amendment will be made without charge.
No refunds are available less than one month before the event date.
We accept changes to delegate names up to 7 days before the conference. Name changes with less than 7 days’ notice are not accepted.
